Michael likes to go fast setting nine lap records at various tracks on two different continents over his 16 years of international racing experience. With over 100 podium finishes to his name including a spot on the winning team of the 2016 IMSA Rolex 24 at Daytona, Michael most recently competed in the IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Championship in 2018.
In addition to his 16 years of racing experience, Michael also boasts over six years of exotic car training experience working with the likes of Ferrari, Porsche and Volkswagen as well as serving as the lead instructor for Audi Sport Performance Drive in Atlanta, a driver instructor for Skip Barber Racing School and a private driver coach for the Sports Car Club of America.
This experienced racer started his journey early becoming the youngest driver to compete in the Grand Am Continental Tire Sportscar Championship at 16 years old and before that was the youngest ever South African National Karting Championship race winner at just 14 years of age. Michael’s long list of accomplishments also include a race win on the famed Nürburgring track in Germany, and our resident speed demon has no plans of slowing down anytime soon striving to accomplish his lifelong dream of racing in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
